“We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was cozy, welcoming, and the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The location was ideal for exploring the area with our little ones, and we loved being within walking distance of two great beaches. Justin was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The stairs were a bit steep for us, especially with a toddler and baby, but it didn't take away from an otherwise excellent stay. We'd happily recommend this cottage to others!” - Britney, NY

“Justin and Joanna's place is in a beautiful location. Having access to the chairs on the water is a bonus. The beds are comfortable, the house is very clean and the 1.5 bathrooms are great. Very welcoming folks on the adjoining property. A great yard for yard games. Limited kitchen tools and no grill. Air conditioning is a plus!” - Denise, CT

“We really enjoyed our time at this location. It’s absolutely beautiful and the outdoor space was great. Our 4 year old loved the playground and the lawn. We played soccer at night and watched the sun set. The surrounding neighborhood and food options are great as well. We would recommend this stay and would consider going back. “We decided to stay here simply for a change of scene. The home is located in a quiet section of Waterford. We enjoyed the Adirondack chairs and double swing across the lawn. The property is well maintained. The space was perfect for 4 of us. We found great areas to ride our bikes and there are plenty of places to walk.
